2cups cornflakes, crushed

Instructions
Preparation:Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.Place the scoops of ice cream onto the prepared baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Coating:In a shallow dish, combine the crushed cornflakes, ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar. Mix well.In another shallow dish, lightly beat the eggs.
